Need Help! Precix 9100 -Copley Controls 800-700 Servo Motor amplifier went bad

I have a servo motor amplifier (Copley Controls Model 800-760) that went bad in my Precix 9100 router. I have put my only spare in the controller. Is there another model that will work? Eventually I would live to build a windows based controller but this particular machine is servo and not stepper.
