School Machine shop teacher needs help

This is a list of the brand new machines that were placed(not chosen by me) in my machine shop. None of the machines came ready to operate. I have a huge problem, I do not know what I need to start using these machines... Collets, Chucks, tool holders, vises, clamps... I have never set up a new machine before and the people involved with the purchasing of these items are not machinists so currently i am dead in the water with 230+ students.

What do I need to get these running?
