Generator settings for small holes Roboform 51

I looking for help with generator settings for small hole drilling.I using external high pressure equipment from charmilles. I tested different pipes material and different sizes (copper, brass, tungsten from 0.5mm to 5mm) Unfortunately results is unsatisfactory. Maybe any of you have experience which technologie is the best and which parameter should I modify?
I know that exist some techno files with name begins with the letter "H" for example HCUAC.TEC but unfortunately I don't have it...
