Need Help! okuma howa 43v machine ready

I ran a part on our 43v before lunch and turned it off for lunch. When I went to start it back up after lunch the machine wont ready. Hydraulics won't start, etc....Any idea where I should start looking?

machine is a 1991 with fanuc 0m control
