well i have been at this for 3 weeks now with no luck. you name it i have tryed it i have tryed every baud rate ,bit,parity,bla bla blaa, on .contoller,preditor,and serial adapter,i have read every post i could find i have tryed a smart cable i have made my own cable and i am waiting for a new cable and serial adapter from shop floor automations,today i will be going to radio shack and try there serial adapter per a post i have read i'm currently using a staples usb to serial adapter my controller does pass a loop back test per another post i have read aux0=pass here is where i'm a little confused as soon as i press send on dnc in perditor my controller reads rs232 read and preditor seems to send the file on its end ,but nothig will apper on controller so the comand has been noticed just no data will transferi have also tryed every anilam post prossesor and fanuc post prossesor. am i missing somthing here, bobcad tech support seems to be generic in my opinion and of course my support runs out on the 24th could this be a dnc problem in the preditor you know the crap that i have no idea what it means in the second and third page of dnc proporties any in put is greatly appreciated
