Hello.
I have a machine that was turned on once and it booted, had a few errors - it was the first time that was connected here, and no coolant was in the machine and so on - so I suspect it was normal. It was disconnected and everything apparently was ok.
Second time on, the controller does not boot and it seams that there is a problem with the VACIII unit (both units present this error). Looking at the manual it says that it is lacking one phase. A photo is attached showing the two leds blinking on the top.
I was also hoping that someone inform me what is the voltage that enters the VACIII unit. 200V or 220V? I am asking this because the machine was in another country with different voltage and this could be the source of the issue that I am having now, something that was damaged in the first time that I connected the machine.
Another strange thing that happens is that when I disconnect the machine main switch the differential of the electrical cabinet of the workshop (not the machine) disconnects, something that I do not recall that happened in the first power/disconnect that I did.
Any information would be nice.
