Need Help! CNC Inputs - Help Please!

Hi Guys

Apologies if I've posted this in the wrong forum. I need help desperately!

I was wondering if you could help with a problem I’m having using inputs with Mach3.
I am currently using a RoutoutCNC 2.5amp stepper controller with parallel breakout board, provided a few years ago by routoutcnc dot com. This runs a diy 3 axis cnc machine built by myself.
Everything is working fine, however I need more inputs for a touch off plate & digitizer I have purchased.
I have currently have inputs set as follows:
• Port 1 Pin10 – E-Stop
• Port 1 Pin 11 - ? want to use this for probe/digitizer
• Port 1 Pin12 = X Home
• Port 1 Pin13 = Y Home
• Port 1 Pin15 = Z home.
As you can see above, all but pin 11 are assigned & work as expected. However I can’t get pin 11 to work as per the other ports.

Using a multimeter shorted to ground, I get 5v across pins 10, 12, 13 & 15 but I get no voltage across pin 11.
Should pin 11 work in the same way as the other imnput pins (5v across the pins)?
If I was to add a second PCI parallel port, what would I need to get this working so I can add extra inputs? Can I connect directly to the parallel port pins in the cable?
Sorry if this doesn’t make sense but I’m new to electronics/cnc/mach 3 & value any input you can give me.
Thanks in advance

Dave.
