Need new ball screw.... NM 200 Series 1

Well my thrust side bearings took a dump. It was a manufacturer defect in the bearing housing. It was machined too large and the bearing was not a press fit, it literally popped out. So after use ( 2 years roughly ) it finally gave way and started to spin in the housing. So I replaced the bearings and installed some Loctite specifically for bearings. It came loose after 1 week or operation. I tightened it all back up and its spinning still. The backlash is incredibly stupid as well. So I am assuming I need new balls screws since I can't pull the backlash any tighter.

So with that said, anybody have some input on a new replacement upgrade screw and bearing setup. I would like to replace it with something that will give the same performance basically ( same pitch etc ).
