I bought the LG500 50W CO2 engraver from Automated Technologies in September and it arrived in October. Total run time is about 7 hours and I have had no problems until yesterday, December 3rd.
I was used the engraver at 30% power engraving an image. It was not coming out properly (file was bad copy) so I stopped the engraver, loaded a different image (better quality) and began again. That image came out perfect. I turned off the engraver to make adjustments to the first image. Went back to the engraver about an hour and a half later, went to power up the system and the Control Panel will not turn on. I have power at the power supply (verified 120v) and I have power at several other locations verified by voltmeter and lights.
I do not know if the computer processor is getting the proper power to energize the Control Panel. Frustrating because It was working fine one moment, turned it off, went to turn back on and didn't work. NEED HELP!
