Need Help! Problem with TB6560, Y ok, X turns only one direction, Z inoperating

I tested each motors on the functional Y, they work.
I have already done allot of searching and have tried everything recommended in regards to ports and pins.

It appears to be a HY-TB4DV-M 4 axis TB6560.

X and Y lock when powered on, Z stays turnable by hand and does not move during operation.
X is only turning in one direction.

im using a 36volt PSU.
my dip switches are all set to ON.

im running windows XP SP3.

my port & pin settings are
port 0x378 enabled
kernel set to 35Khz
