Trying to machine a jpg

I am wanting to take a picture and put it into my mastercam and put tool paths to it.
I have access to mastercam x and auto cad so can I import straight it into mastercam or
how can I put it into autocad and convert it to a dxf then take it to mastercam.
ANYHELP?
