Need Help! Fagor Linerar Scale M

We had a bad Linear scale (M-124) (Broke) so have replaced with 5V TTL scale with same 5 micron resolution but we get two error:

Manual move: Error 069 W axis travel overrun ( no hardware limit)
Homing: 073 W axis following error. Adjust gain of drive but no help.

Before scale broke machine running very well no alarm.

Also I am not able to get data for M-124 scale.

Please suggest any possible reason for error.
