Hi,
I am cutting 3/4 inch poplar on my CNC with a 1/8 two flute fish tail end mill. I would like to round the corners of my projects and was considering using a point cutting round over bit. The reason why I was thinking of the point cutting bit was so that I could actually do the round over before doing the milling. That way I don't have to make tabs on the pieces I am cutting and then do the round over. I have a 1/8 round over bit and a 1/4 round over bit. Would this work? Does anyone have tips for doing round over with a CNC? Any tips for getting the round over to line up on both sides?
Thanks a ton in advance!
Dustin
