I have access to a Kuka robotic arm. I would like to do 7 axis milling with it. To do that, I need to add a custom-built rotary table. i have been told it's as simple as having the TCP follow a point on the table as it spins. I have done plenty of 3 axis milling with standard CNC routers, this arm project came about because someone donated the whole Kuka setup to my local community workshop. I can program milling successfully using the arm by itself, but I'd really like to be able to mill large busts and statues, which would be much easier with a seventh-axis rotary able.
If you understand all that and can help me build/configure somethng like this, I'd like to hear from you and pay you for your time. Thanks in advance!
