Need Help! Optical Quality Nonfrosted Acrylic Cutting

I am researching a technology for cutting acrylic without frosted surfaces and extremelly precise. I found cnc laser , water jet cuts frosted. Hand polishing is not an option. Part is 15 cms to 3 cms , cylinderical lens cut in to acrylic cube from top.
