RFQ Need a mold for a bowl cut from MDF in Portland, OR

Hello,

I'm looking for someone in the Portland, Oregon area who can cut a mold for a simple bowl out of MDF. This master mold will then be used to construct a ceramic mold which my wife will use to make a fused glass bowl.

I've attached a drawing of the cross section of the mold. The outside lines show the shape to be cut into the MDF. The lighter area shows the glass bowl after it has slumped into the mold. The slope of the sides is 70 degrees. I can supply more detailed drawings, showing the radius at the bottom of the sides, etc. Oh, and the bowl is circular when viewed from above.

Anybody interested?
