Hello,
I am making CNC from old Copying machine. I used Solidworks to make most off machine drawings. These is no bottom part at drawing, and 5th rotation axis :( I attach photos. Need Help with everything, steppers, control system, constructing all axis. If someone could help it would be great. The constructions is totally balanced, good working machine. 3 axis is clockwise and 3 are counterclockwise.
I can spend up to 10k Euros. For starting I don't want to change motors that exist, maybe later.
My thoughts are to attach motors each side. For Rotation 5th axis install 1 motor, every wood part is rotating same time, by hand now :D For axis that controls turning to sides (left right) one motor, but don't know where and how to install it. For the axis with motors- 1 motor each side on axis, changing existing parts with new ones adjusted for motors install. Other axis is more problematic.
All thoughts are welcome!
Regards Dalius,
