Need Help! Wiring potentiometer to new power supply

Hi guys,

Well, I picked up this nifty power supply on ebay the other day and it came with no doumentation or diagrams. It has a simple row of pins that go to the original controller, so I started by testing for grounds and signal currents.

I located the ground and 2 5V pins. The others are "dead" as im assuming they are waiting for a command from the controller to send full voltage, and a potentiometer to control it. Here's some pics:

I'd like to be able to wire this up as a vairable DC power supply. Any help or advice would be MUCH help.
