Moshisoft key v.4.1

Hello

I bought a laser engraving machine that came with moshisoft,
the program that works with my dongle key has only '????' instead of 'file', 'tools', etc.
I tried downloading from moshisoft an English program, I downloaded and installed it but it ask`s for moshisoft key.
I have a key that came with the machine, the program does not recordise it my dongle key is V 4.1.
Can any one help with this problem?
