G0704 CNC conversion grinding

I'm currently doing the CNC conversion on my G0704 mill with stock lead screws and there is a grinding sound when the y axis is moving inward but not when it is moving outward. I haven't been able to figure out exactly what is causing this so any help would really be appreciated. I have a video HERE for reference.
