Problem Spindle to column alignment warco wm16

Hi Can anyone tell me how to align the spindle to column on a warco wm16 mill?

I am having problems with if I fit my haimer zero master and edge find then insert a cutter which usually means I have to lower the head accuracy is lost so was hoping that is an alignment issue??
