Stud grade fir 2x4 2' long. Initial order 100 pieces. If it works out, and it takes off may need 1000+ a month made down the road. Doesn't have to be one piece, if it can be manufactured in a different way. More info to come. Located in WA state, so these units will have to ship on pallets if out of driving range.
