8800 DSP error in axiz Z

Have got this alarm on our Deckel Maho maching centre.(8800 DSP error in axiz Z)

It is a DMU 60TN and it has a Heidenhain TNS 530 control

Have not come across this one before any advise would be greatly appreciated.
