Looking for a machine

I am French and I am looking for a laser machine can engrave and cut.

Metallic materials and non-metallic to cut the stainless steel 2mm thick steel and 2 or 3 mm thick.
With good capacity at the table.
Totally enclosed machine completely.

I have a quotation for a machine of its kind in China with a table of 1600 x 1200mm 150w laser (2mm in stainless steel) for $ 15,400.
Is this a good price?

Do you have addresses or I can find this type of machine cheap.
