Hello all,
I am getting a 1099 Alarm on a Mycenter 0 - Sparkchanger. It has Yasnac i80M control and as far as the manual states, a 1099 alarm is an "OVERHEAT IN PANEL" alarm. I contacted Kitamura and Yaskawa and per their instructions, I swapped the control power supply, checked all the fans and the heatsinks. I am still getting the alarms immediately when the control is turned on, so its not a temperature issue, and from what Yaskawa has stated, these machines and the controls combined are very temperamental and half of the the time the alarm does not actually correlate with the issue that is causing it. The machine cannot be put in standby. This alarm is driving me nuts! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
