Flip-up CNC router table... bad idea?

I want to redesign my table saw setup, it's a fairly large delta cabinet saw that uses a leaf as a router table and a half arsed out feed table. It's a real frankenstein and I want to build a ~6' x 6' frame to give me a bit more table space and to clean it up and seat everything in... anyway the out feed table is a ~3' x 6' piece of realestate that is just air underneath it. I was thinking on making a CNC that can 'flip' up from there when I want to use it.

I realize there are issues with the machine itself flexing, as in being in the same alignment after it is rolled down then brought back up and I think I have solutions for this aspect. But I'm wondering if returning the bed to the exact same position isn't the only problem I need to worry about. FWIW I'm looking at a FLA-100(ish) build with a few changes and expanded to take a 2' x 4' handy panel. Does any one have any input or can think of anything I should look out for that I may have missed?

Thanks for any input,
Ryan
