What does Hiwin means with dimensional tolerances?

Hiwin states about C (Normal) pecision rails a dimension tolerance of +/- 0.1mm of H and N.

1) Does this means that it can accept an installation error on the machine of +/- 0.1mm on width and height.

2) Or the rail has so low dimensional accuracy?
