"Wuhan Golden Laser Co" Problem!

Hello (sorry for my bad english ^^),

i have a Problem with the Conveyor Belt from my Laser Machine.
normal Stuff is smooth on the Belt but the Stuff on the pictures is a rubber Stuff and is wrinkled. thus it can not be cut cleanly! :(

You have an idea what I can do, so the rubber Stuff is clean (tight) on the Belt???
