Solved Mach3 Feed Hold Error

All,

Like many of you, I've been a Mach3 user for years. Recently, whenever I hit "Feedhold" and then "cycle start", mach3 sends the machine to the tool change position (X0 Y0 Z4) :confused:. Has anyone seen this before? Attached is the gcode file when it occured.

OS: Windows 7
Screenset: MachStdMill
Plug-in: VistaCNC iMachIII P1A pendant
