Need Help! Heidenhain TNC 310 "Ref mark X: incorrect spacing"

I have Strojtos MCV with Heidenhain TNC 310 controller, now machine cannot find reference point and have alarm "Ref mark X: incorrect spacing"
please help me to solve problem.
