Need Help! Haas Lathe 4-axis (milling in mastercam)

Hi i have this drawing from inventor, where i need to mill 2 contours in mastercam with a Lathe 4-axis. My teachers in my school has only experience with Milling up to 5-axis and 3-axis lathe, but not 4-axis lathe work in mastercam.

So im on my own experimenting how i can make this. Here is a picture of my drawing:






I was thinking only option i have is toolpaths: C-axis contour:

toolpaths: C-axis contour ---> parameters ---> Axis control ---> Rotary axis control ---> Rotation type: i cant choose y axis, only axis substitution. So if i cant choose y-axis i cant make it ?

*Ive been working with mastercam for 1 month so im still a beginner =)*
