PC power up before drivers and shut down after

Hi,

I wanted to have a main switch on my machine that when I turned on, it would first turn on the PC then the electronics for the CNC, but also when I turned off it would turn off the CNC electronics then the PC. Well, the first part its easy I can just use a time relay.

But when turning off the PC I would like to make my cnc electronics shut down first and then the PC, I could use same switch to do that with another time realy, but the problem is that doing that it would be like pulling the cord of the PC, it will not be like go to start, and then shutdown and wait for windows to shut off the thing...

Is there a way to do that? Or another way to do make the drivers switch on after pc is powered up and off before its shut down? I would like that because when you turn on both at the same time, or off when drivers are still on, the pc sends signals to the parallel port, and that would take the machine out of the position that it left the last time it was used
