Problem Modio set up error?

I am trying to set up a Homann Modio board and when I get to the "configure modio and Mach 3" screen and from there create a new modio, I apply it and then when I click the configure modio hardware button it tell me I have a config error. I have tried everything I can think of.

I have switch set to 1 not 6 and using the 3.** plugin. Is there a later plugin I could download?
Any ideas?
