Need Help! Fanuc master-slave servo synchronization for Z-axis

Hi to all! I have a mori seiki NV4000 DCG cnc machine which it haves two fanuc servo motors (Z-axis as master, W-axis as slave) for the Z-axis movement. After a zero point adjustment, when i switch on the machine and without doing nothing, the temperature of Z-axis master motor rises up and 50 mins about later i am recieving an alarm. Any ideas?
I believe i must synchronize the two motors but i dont know how to do it. I follow the procedure of zero point adjustment for the Z-axis, setting both Z and W apz 4th bit to zero. After that, from nc diagnostic i notice that the distance of Z and W from the 1st grid point was the same. But i also saw the follow:

Diagnostic (error detection)
360 motion pulse (NC) Z 1012593
W 1013097

362 motion pulse (SV) Z 1012589
W 1013093

I am wondering are these differences exeptable?

Please can anyone tell me the procedure i must to follow for the two servo synchronization?

Thank you !
