I need a plastic that is both strong and relatively hard, but can still be machined with a dremel type cutter.
I've tried nylon, but even with the slowest cut and feed I can use, it just melts.
The HDPE I've seen flexes more than I would like.
I'm cautious of acrylic as I think it will bee too brittle.
I've thought about using a hardwood but with the thickness I need, I don't think it will take the loads I need.
Any suggestions what to try next?
