Trade of services Cad work + Cash for CNC work.

I want to trad Solidworks cad work and cash for CNC work. I have a large diameter round part that i need machined. ~18" diameter 5" height. A fair amount of the part could be water jet cut to reduce cnc time, and the tolerances are not *too critical maybe in the hundreths, low thousanths range... If you need cad work I can model parts you need or do renderings of parts, here is one example of my work with complex curves:
