Need Help! 4 Axis - Opposite sides machining

Hi Guys,
(Firstly apologies if this is the wrong Forum to be posting to, I couldn't locate a more appropriate one)

Well I am lost on this one! I have set up a 4 sided project (which I have done in the past) using the same machine setup (I think ), but I'm so damn confused after many frustrating hours searching for a solution, at this point in time I don't know what's up or what's down. Enough waffle!

Scenario:
• Four side project modeled with rhinocam.
• Post to Mach 3
• MOp set: 0 deg, rotate CLOCKwise, 90 deg, rotate C.W, 180 deg, ditto, then 270 deg, ditto

Problem:
• Machines top surface OK, rotates 90 deg as MOp, but machines side 4 instead of 2. Rotates to 180 deg. machines bottom OK. Rotates to 270 deg. then machines side 2.
• I have attached screen shots which will give a better idea.

• I tried flipping the project 180 deg along the X Axis, again I get the same result PLUS the G Code is displayed in Mach 3 reversed to the display in Rhinocam??? It doesn't make sense.
• I reversed the rotation from Clockwise to Anti-clockwise. Makes no difference.

As far as I can tell, my WCS and MCS all match.

So please heed my call for help. Just when you get to a point with cnc experience to say "Yep...I know this stuff" something like this comes along and kicks you down. It's a lon....g learning curve.

Any suggestions welcome fella's.

Thanks in advance
Phil
