Good Morning
We have got a Arrow 500 with GE Fanuc Series 0M.
Kindly advice for following problems :
a) In standstill condition with Control ON and Emergency Released ie in Servo Loop, suddenly Z axis (Vertical axis) falls down and due to this we get Not Ready alarm and Z axis excess error
1. We have checked Z axis brake voltage found ok
2. Z axis Motor cable meggered and found ok ie resistance upto 100 Megaohms
Pl advice further
b) There is vibration from X axis
1. X axis lubrication checked and found ok, ballscrew etc found ok
2. X xis motor meggered and found ok
Pl advice regarding tuning
