2d part from 1/4" polycarbonate

Hey all,

Just looking for an rfq for qty 12, qty 24, and qty 48 for this part. Will need a qty2 order/sample before I am willing to order the rest just to confirm that we are both representing our needs/abilities correctly.

It's currently 1/4" polycarbonate, but I'm open to other suggestions on material. Can be as thin as 3/16". Should be fairly scratch resistant. I'm open to aluminum also. It's low load so the only real important things are price, weight and aesthetics.

Edge finish isn't too important. It doesn't have to be optically clear, but it should be uniform. The outside radius should be chamfered slightly as this part will be handled regularly. All holes will be chamfered as well. If this increases the cost significantly, I will do them on my drill press with the stop set.

There will also be a logo engraved in the face of every, or every other part. I have the vector file for that.
