Trying to laser into my home built cnc

Hi, i m a newbie here. I m wonder anyone out there can provide me more details on how to connect the laser tube to the power supply and also what kind of power supply. Almost all the links I found have not mentioned deeply on how should a power supply connect to a laser tube, let say 100W laser tube with power supply. Almost most of them are talking on mirror alignment.
Secondly, I m a bit confuse on CO2 laser tube. What i understand is, this tube need to run with CO2 which mean v need to pump in CO2 while running, m I right?
