Newbie No Tip Voltage?

Hey all,

Just got done doing a custom build as follows..

5x10 custom water Table (Dry at the moment)
Hypertherm Powermax 85 w/machine torch
ESPII Controller
DTHCII w/DCC from CandCNC
Mach 3 & SheetCAM
Feathertouch Ohmic Setup w/ HyT-Connect
USB-RS485 4 Port Hub
pn-200 Hand controller

I've got it working and cutting, Home switches setup and all.

The problem I have is THC is not working at all, due to the fact that I am not getting a tip voltage reading at all? (In Mach3)

I am an IT guy on the side and understand ports and pins but for some reason I'm not getting a reading on tip volts? It just stays at 0.

I run test mode on the DTHC and get my signals for ARCOK and UP and DOWN but without the tip volts it seems the system cannot regulate arc distance?

I am new to plasma CNC's so please excuse my lack of knowledge, Has anyone ever had this issue? I have it connected with a printer port, serial port and the USB Hub.

Any Idea's? Maybe a driver? or a Plugin I'm missing?
