Problem Creo Parametric CAM / NC

How can i create a tool holder / Tool adapter in CAM in CREO 2.0 (Pro/Engineer5+) so i can see it in the toolpaths.
I will no matter what i try to do, get the message : TOOL_ATTACH_POINT coordinate system is missing.

Does anyone know how i can solve this problem? I guess it is simple, i just cant figure it out.
