J310 spindle stays on after program run

seems 3 relay/contactors are in the system. 1RJ spindle motor 7.2a , ZC and FC spindle fwd/rev contactors
they are original china, replace with ??? US made can turn off spindle manually, starts fine so far !
I believe 220 volt coils ???
