Anyone ever added a 5th axis board to a VF3SS?

I bought the 5th axis stuff for my mill, I added it myself. It now throws a B fault as soon as you enable the axis. Gerotech, the HFO in michigan was very helpful on the phone, but they cant come out till monday. I just wondered if there was something anyone knew about when you add the 2nd "mocon" board other than typing in the unlock code. Its pretty simple, you just put the board in, an amplifier, and plug in a couple things. It should be a plug and play deal I think.
