3D cutting help

As I am new to using a CNC machine, I am looking for some direction on learning to do some 3d work. There is one project that I would like to create which I will provide a picture. I want to make it out of a solid piece of aluminum and would like to do it with out moving it. I am able to hollow out the center no problem but its the curved sides which I cant do with out removing the piece and re setting up. Im not worried about the holes on the side I just the profile. I dont know what software or drawing program to use to do this. Please Help. Thanks
