Need Help! servo question

I have an Amada NC iron worker, for the most part everything is working on it.

I just started having problem with the index table.

The servo amp is a Sanmei Denshi PS-025c. I have looked on the internet looking for any information, but I have not found anything.

The problem is that the motor is lacking power. If I try to move the index table using the program, after a few seconds it faults out. But if I push or pull on the index table as it is trying to move, everything is fine.

There are several settings on the amp that I can change, but I don't know which one or how much.

1- NF
2- ADJ
3- Gain
4- OS
5- DZ


any ideas?
