New Machine Build Our Sliding VAAG

I'm a final year engineering student. we are Designing a slide type 5 axis(simultaneous) cnc machine. our 5th axis is a rotary table which can fumction as lathe, and we also want it to function for auto changing the face of a cube on which we wish to mill so as to access 4 sides 1 by 1. Does mach3 have the compatibily with the later function? or any other softwr suggestions

also would like to know if the flexible cable spindles shown will be effective instead of regular spindles used for miling on wood and soft metal shown in pic,
