Orange Vise Company - CNC Machine Vises, Fixturing, and Workholding Products
We're a new company founded in 2012 that specializes in workholding products for professional production and job shops. Right from the beginning, we committed ourselves to continually creating innovative products and proving that American ingenuity could not only compete, but raise the bar of performance, quality, and value in the modern global marketplace.
Every product we make and sell must meet our exceedingly high standards of quality, performance, and value, and without exception, must be 100% made in the USA.
Our vise design is particularly unique. It can transform from a double-station vise, with a center jaw that be mounted in the center or offset positions, to a single station vise with the fixed jaw located at either end of the vise, front or rear. Furthermore, quick change features can be found top-to-bottom as standard equipment. The vise body has integrated ball couplers (a hybrid of zero-point and ball locking systems) for easy mounting to a machine table, fixture plate, or tombstone. The entire vise can be mounted and fully assembled, or fully disassembled and unmounted, in less than 2 minutes with 0.0004" or better repeatability.
