Hi,
I have my mach3 with the module for tool setting on the surface of the job. First time I have this situation that I start the z axis toward touching the plate to which I connected GND and I see that the "TOUCH TEST" indicator of the mach3 is constantly on with the massage: "grounded!". I disconnected the GND, but it is still grounded. Then I removed wire by wire, until I fully disconnected the control box from power outlet and the only thing remained is LPT printer cable that connects the computer to the main PCB. I also disconnected everything from PCB (all axis motor controllers, electricity, everything).
So the only possible conclusion is that mach3 has got a soft problem, but how I could trace this problem on please? I next got to the mach3 folder and tried to run a batch file called "Special driver". For a moment the touch indicator went off. then after restarting mach3 it is again constantly on.
Could you please suggest a way out of this problem?
