Newbie Too many lines of code for my mitsubishi m645 controller

I know there is a way around this but I am new to this world. More than 15,000 lines of code and my controller's memory is full. I know there is a way to feed data to the controller as it is machining or a way to upgrade it somehow. If someone could help me with the terminology here I can start moving in the right direction.

It is connected to my computer using a 30pin connector or some archaic looking thing. Any suggestions?
